As Center Director you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the center's business and operational success. You will lead and manage a multi-cultural sales and service team effectively towards meeting and exceeding prescribed sales and operational goals. This will mean leading, motivating, training and inspiring your team and creating a work environment that encourages teamwork, commitment and success. Additionally, you will be the Sales Team Leader providing day-to-day mentoring and oversight.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Sales (5 years +)
and sales management (2 years +) experience
Strong leadership skills
Keen interest in and commitment to education and training, Strong communication skills
Good level of English required or higher
Strong knowledge of local business customs
Near-native level of Arabic language proficiency
